  • Why do I need a website?
    It's the best advertising medium available today. To remain competitive in today’s market, a strong Internet presence is necessary to provide consumers with information about you and your business.
  • How long will it take to get my site up?
    Once your content and deposit have been received, it takes approximately 14 - 30 days (depending on the complexity of the site) for your site to be completed, this may change dependant on the current workload. The most time consuming part is getting the text and content for the site. Completion date will be confirmed once your deposit has been received.
  • Can I get an exact quote for web services?
    No, but we get very close. Customers will often realize they want more information or less information on their sites or other changes may occur. However, we will be able to give the cost of any additional content if you choose options that would increase your total cost. We will inform you of any additional cost at that time before the work is completed.
  • Do you write the text for my site?
    No. All text for the site will need to be supplied by the client via email or word document.
  • Will I get email with my site?
    Several email accounts are typically provided by most hosting companies and come in the form of yourname@yourdomain.com.
  • How do I decide what type of site I want?
    We can help you achieve the desired look and feel for your site, but some things to consider are: What colors do you prefer? Do you want particular logos or signage? Do you want specific graphics used? Which layout do you prefer? Buttons on the side? Top? What information do you want to put on your site? All of these items will determine the number of pages you'll need.
  • Can I request more changes after I approve the draft?
    You can make as many changes as you wish. However, design changes performed after final approval will be charged at an hourly basis.
  • How do I pay?
    Cash, Cashier Checks, or Personal checks will be accepted. However, a $25 fee will be placed on all returned checks. A deposit of 1/2 of the total price quoted is required to begin your project. The remaining balance will be due upon final approval of site, prior to the site being published live on the web. Finished product will not be published until full payment is received. We do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied and all your requirements are met so, no full refunds will be given. If you are not satisfied with the direction your site is going, please let us know up front so no further charges will be incurred.
